When should I upgrade from Free to Business?

When the volume justifies it. The Business monthly fee is offset by its lower per-transaction fee (2.4% + 3 SEK on Business versus 3.4% + 4 SEK on Free). The ROI calculator below works out the exact crossover for your booking volume and average value.

Question 2

What does the transaction fee cover, and is it on top of Stripe's fees?

Yes, the transaction fee (3.4% + 4 SEK per booking on Free, 2.4% + 3 SEK on Business and Enterprise) is Fjellride's platform fee. Stripe's standard card-processing fee is separate and is charged by Stripe directly. We don't take a cut of Stripe's fee.

Is cross-region really included on the Free plan?

Yes. You can define up to 2 regions on Free, set per-route fees between them, and accept A-to-B bookings the same way as on paid plans. The only practical limits on Free are the 3-location / 10-product cap and the higher per-transaction fee.

Question 4

Why do prices show in SEK, EUR, NOK or USD?

Accepted Answer

Sweden runs on SEK and most of our early customers are Swedish, so SEK is the default. The selector at the top of the plan grid converts for display only; the customer is invoiced in the currency tied to their Stripe account.

Is the Business plan available right now?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign up for a Free account and upgrade to Business from Settings → Billing when you're ready. No sales call needed.

Are the booking widgets available on every plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Embeddable booking widgets are included on every plan, including Free — there's no separate add-on or tier requirement. Create a widget in Settings → Widgets and paste it onto any website.

When does Enterprise start making sense?

Accepted Answer

At roughly 1,000 bookings per month or ~300,000 SEK in monthly revenue, plus when you need unlimited regions, SLA guarantees, dedicated support, or custom integrations with POS or ERP systems. Talk to us and we'll size it together.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime. Upgrade takes effect immediately; downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. No proration headaches, no sales involvement needed for the Free / Business switch.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Your data exports as CSV before you go.

What's the difference between Email and Priority support?

Email support (every plan) is one business day to first response. Priority support (Business and Enterprise) is a few hours during business hours. Enterprise also gets a named contact and an SLA.
